this is me and my brother Lewis. He has cerebral pulsey, epilepsy and autism.. he has a thing for gates and badges. Yesterday I took him to the park, and 2 girls said really loudly, ‘she shouldn’t be taking him out in public, look at him’ my heart sank. He heard it aswell and when we got home, he was really upset, he said ‘why don’t people like me Kimmy? why do they call me nasty names?’ i didn’t know what to say to him.. i told him he was beautiful, that people who don’t like him are stupid, because they dont even know him.. but he said that he isn’t and that he didn’t want to be born, and broke down in tears.. i just want someone, even if it’s one person to reblog this, so i can show him that he’s worth it.. that he’s beautiful.
aww that boy is beautiful, he is worth it, he shouldnt care what anyone thinks because he’s been given the gift of life and uniqueness! he should embrace it because that’s who he his, brave little man, you can do it <3

I understand this sort of situation. My own brother has severe autism and is possibly developing epilepsy. When I go to libraries, I see these girls who snicker and laugh at him, and honestly speaking, it pissed me off so much. They actually went to places he goes to in the library on purpose. At first I thought it was just the usual narrow minded people who just walk passed. But they were worse…
Anyways, back to topic. Your brother is totally worth it. He is his own person and good on him for that. Its harder to be an individual. He is unique and deserves as much love as any other person in the world. People who say mean things about him are only people who don’t understand and are ignorant. Besides, your family cares about you Lewis :), and that’s the main part right? Don’t say you shouldn’t have been born.
For me, as a sister, my brother is my brother and I wouldn’t and have never thought that he shouldn’t be born no matter what, because I want him around, he means something special to me and he is of importance and value in my heart. This is surely the same for you and your sister. You are worth it and your existence is important and means a whole lot to people close to you.
Just be you. Don’t let people like them make you sad and remember, it is true that you are beautiful :)
